Summer 1959. A scouting group who had seen all their tents go up in flames during a fire gets in touch with Alpino. Alpino, who at that time was producing bungalow tents in its workshop in Renaix, started producing forty patrol tents to help out this youth group. The Alpino Scout Patrol Tents saw the light of day…
Today, more than 60 years later, Alpino has studied, tested and adapted its tents to better meet the needs of youth organisations: creating sturdy, durable and waterproof shelter to spend an unforgettable camp.
All tents from the Alpino collection are still produced in the original workshop in Renaix. The Alpino Europ tents are produced by our European partners with the greatest care and the highest quality standards, which Alpino has always been known for.
