First Edition of Alpino's Open Day

On Saturday, March 26, Alpino organised the first edition of our Open Day at the World of Tents showroom in Renaix. We’ve had the chance to met several Belgian youth movements and introduce them to our new fire retardant CASTOR scouting tents. The Open Day was a premiere for us, but according to us and our visitors, it is definitely worth repeating!
The first spring sun came out early in the morning. On the programme? A guided tour of our brand new CASTOR collectivity tents and patrol tents, the first collection of fire retardant scouting tents to be launched in the Belgian market. Of course some of our other famous scouting tents like the Europ Patrol tent and the Senior collectivity tent could not be missed during the event. Together with delicious French fries, fresh drinks – including the local Kwaremont beer – and a nice relaxed atmosphere: a complete success if you ask us!
Many youth movements have been using Alpino’s scouting tents for years and therefore know our products through and through. For our team, it was very instructive to get their feedback on the tents they have been using for years during their camps: what could be improved or done differently, what is really important to them, … all interesting feedback allowing us to improve our tent designs and better tune them to the needs of the youth movements.
For us, it was such an interesting, fun and consequently successful day. We are already looking forward to the next edition!
